Development Application Fee Schedule

The fees for Plan review and inspection are as follows. Note that fee schedule is for informational puposes only; exact fees are determined according to actual project specifications. Please contact our FGUA Development Team for more information.

Plan Review Fee - Base - $300.00 Plus $25.00 for each sheet over 9
Plan Review Fee - Resubmission - 50% of Base Plan Review Fee plus $12.50 for each sheet over 9
Plan Review Fee - Modification - 25% of Base Plan Review Fee plus $6.25 for each sheet over 9

Inspection Fee - based on 1.5% of Total Construction Cost (From Engineers Probable Opinion of Probable Construction Cost) - $300.00 Minimum



System Capacity Fees - currently adopted fees are show below. These are subject to change upon Board determination.

Lehigh Acres Capacity fee:
Residential and Non-Residential
Water – One ERC = 255 gallons per day at $2,695.68 per ERC
Wastewater – One ERC = 171 gallons per day at $2,839.17 per ERC

Golden Gate Capacity fee:
Residential and Non-Residential
Water - One ERC = 350 GPD at $1,950.00 per ERC
Wastewater - One ERC = 350 GPD at $1,525.00 per ERC

Pasco Utility System Seven Springs System Capacity fee:
Residential
Water – One ERC = 300 gallons per day at $3,000.00 per ERC
Wastewater – One ERC = 129 gallons per day at $1,650.00 per ERC
Non-Residential
Water – $10.00 per gallon per day
Wastewater – $12.79 per gallon per day

Pasco Utility System Aloha Garden System Capacity fee:
Residential
Water – One ERC = 270 gallons per day at $126.86 per ERC
Wastewater – One ERC = 270 gallons per day at $117.06 per ERC
Non-Residential
Water – $0.470 per gallon per day
Wastewater – $0.434 per gallon per day
